
Skinny peanut butter banana milkshakes by She Knows - Food & Recipe
Serves about 2
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 large frozen ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3-1/2 cup low-fat whipped topping
Directions:
- Add bananas, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and whipped topping to a blender. Blend on low until mixture is smooth. It should be thick, but if you want it to be a little thicker, add 1/2 cup light vanilla ice cream and blend.

No I didn’t make her cry, at least not today hehe.
